High-altitude
missions, already
flying.

Three ruggedised aerial platforms, tested across the mountains, deserts and border corridors of the subcontinent.

Stratospheric ISR UAV.

Persistent stealth surveillance of hostile assets from above commercial airspace. Silent, high-endurance, and radar-quiet by design.

— SECTION 02 / ENGINEERING

Full stack,
built in-house.

Off-the-shelf hardware breaks above 60,000 ft. Every critical sub-system is designed, machined and flashed by our own team.

FC / 01SUB-SYSTEM · FLIGHT CONTROL

Flight controller running at 550 MHz
on in-house firmware.

Off-the-shelf boards start to fail as ambient pressure collapses and temperatures fall below −60 °C. Our custom controller and autopilot stack are hardened for the stratosphere and hold trim through violent pressure gradients.

  • 01Radiation-tolerant MCU selection for prolonged stratospheric exposure
  • 02In-house autopilot loops tuned for icing conditions and thin air
  • 03Redundant IMU fusion with pressure-model fallback
MCU 550MHz IMU×3 PWR REG GNSS RADIO FC-BOARD REV 04.2 · 68×92 MM
AF / 02SUB-SYSTEM · AIRFRAME

Carbon-fibre composite airframes
fabricated on-site.

Generating usable lift in 1 % ambient air pressure is a brutal aerodynamic problem. Our airfoils are designed, moulded and cured in-house, then wind-tunnel iterated for the specific envelope of each vehicle.

  • 01Custom airfoils optimised per mission profile
  • 02Autoclave-cured CF laminates for stiffness-to-mass
  • 03Cold-soak tested for −70 °C structural survival

VT / 03SUB-SYSTEM · TELEMETRY

100 km-range video
and telemetry link.

Off-the-shelf VTX systems are capped near 20 km. Our antenna tracking system autonomously points high-gain dishes at the vehicle, keeping the link solid at extreme slant ranges.

  • 01Autonomous tracker driving > 15 dBi directional antennae
  • 02Extensible to plasma-shielded links for supersonic vehicles
  • 03Foundational block for the next-gen supersonic programme

GC / 04SUB-SYSTEM · GROUND SOFTWARE

Mission-grade encrypted
ground control station.

Sorties with the armed forces demand encrypted, purpose-built ground software. We built ours from scratch — mission planning to live telemetry review — so classified sortie data never leaves a controlled boundary.

  • 01End-to-end encrypted C2 and payload streams
  • 02Multi-vehicle mission planning and rehearsal
  • 03Post-mission analytics for after-action review

— SECTION 03 / TEAM

Built from a
BITS Pilani
dorm room.

We're not indigenising. We're building things nobody has flown before — from the electronics to the airframe to the ground software. That is how India gets a 10× advantage at the edge of space.

Stratospheric Long-
Endurance Airship.

A hydrogen fuel-cell and solar-battery hybrid airship that loiters above 50,000 ft, carries a 100 kg EO/IR/ELINT payload, and acts as a mothership for kamikaze swarms.

  • Hydrogen fuel-cell + solar power train
  • 100 kg sensor payload for persistent ISR

Vetted across
deserts, mountains,
and borders.

Our ruggedised near-space platforms have been tested across the harshest theatres of the subcontinent — from Ladakhi ridgelines to the Thar — flying essential high-altitude stealth sorties for the armed forces.
